1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to ToddHampson.com. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of toddhampson.com and the content, courses, resources, and features offered there (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site
The Site is operated by Todd Hampson (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It exists to share biblically grounded teaching, books, articles, videos, courses, and related resources that help people understand Scripture with clarity and confidence.
3. Educational and Spiritual Purpose
The content on the Site is provided for general educational, informational, and spiritual encouragement. It reflects the author’s study and interpretation of Scripture and is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on the Site is intended as legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice, or as a replacement for pastoral care from your local church. For personal guidance in those areas, please consult a qualified professional.
4. Intellectual Property and Permissions
With the exception of guest posts, whose authors retain their own copyright, the content on the Site is owned by Todd R. Hampson and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes text, teaching materials, articles, illustrations, artwork, graphics, videos, audio, book excerpts, logos, and design. For written content, you may do the following without asking us: link to the Site or any post; re-post fewer than 200 words elsewhere if you link back to the original with the post title and www.toddhampson.com; photocopy up to 50 copies for internal, non-commercial distribution within your own company, church, or organization; and reprint posts in a non-commercial publication (such as a company or church newsletter or a class syllabus) as long as you include this notice: “© 2026, Todd R. 5. Purchases, Courses, and Memberships
Some resources, courses, and memberships are offered for purchase. Those transactions are handled through our third-party platforms, such as Kajabi, with payments processed by Stripe, and are subject to the terms, pricing, and refund policy presented to you at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to those terms. Book purchases are fulfilled by third-party retailers under their own terms.
6. Accounts
If you create an account or join a membership, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:

- Disrupt or interfere with the Site’s security or operation
