Hey I’m Todd Hampson and this is another Bible Prophecy Minute. Last week I talked about Ezekiel 36 and 37 and the Valley of the Dry Bones. You can go check that out if you’d like. That is all about Israel coming into their land again in the end times. The next two chapters Ezekiel 38 and 39 detail a massive war coming against Israel from their northern border, led by Russia, Iran and Turkey coming to steal plunder. What’s really interesting is just in the last five years, this alliance has formed which has never happened before. They’ve been traditional enemies, and also in the past five years, Israel who’s never had gas, never had oil, has always been an oil importer just found massive amounts of oil and gas in their land and off their shores.
So all the things for Ezekiel 38 and 39 seem to be lining up in our day, and they follow chronologically after Israel becomes a nation again. Another really interesting thing about that is it says that they come to Israel’s northern border but Syria is not mentioned as an aggressor. And now we see in our time because of the civil war in Syria and the fact that they’re pretty much a puppet regime of Iran, Russia and Turkey, that they’re not a factor in this battle. Anyway I’m gonna include some resources for further study on this below. But again, I just wanted to spark your interest in bible prophecy and point you to something that sparks your interest and makes you want to study it more for yourself.
